This year has been a challenging year and we were fortunate enough to be able to end off the year with a memorable celebration on the 10th of December to support our local businesses and to say thanks to our employees, customers and partners. It was an amazing night and as a proud Australian start-up, it was important for us to partner and support local businesses – those just beginning their journey and those who paved the path ahead of us.
This is the reason why we chose Finders Distillery as our venue and host and the iconic Australian musician and co-founder of INXS band, Andrew Farriss to help celebrate the end of 2020.
Finders Distillery opened their distillery doors during this challenging year. Through the passion and grit of co-founders Georgia and Kyle, they have brought to life their own gin and shared their incredible product with people across Sydney’s Lower North Shore, and beyond. Thank you for opening your doors to us, and for sharing with us your knowledge and love of gin. Finders gin is yet to celebrate its first birthday, but has already earned a Silver medal in the Australian Gin Awards 2020. What a way to start their journey!
One man, or rather icon, whose journey and stories could fill many lifetimes, is rock musician Andrew Farriss. INXS and Andrew are deeply seeded in Australian music history. Andrew’s music flows with emotion and stories of his experience and lessons learnt. Never in our wildest start-up dreams did we think that a legend such as Andrew would partner with us, especially as we’re still the new kids on the block. But like us, Andrew believes in and values Australian business. We thank Andrew for his music and for his support.
And this is just the beginning of the Nueva journey. We started because we believe in educating and empowering people and businesses about cyber security and creating a safer digital environment for everyone. This journey isn’t just about us. It’s about our customers, partners and our entire eco-system who are also on their own journey and helping those around them. We look forward to further collaborating and learning with you as we grow.
